GORDON FC AT THE WOMEN'S WORLD CUP!
Last Sunday (30th July), no less than 10 Gordon Football Club players were part of the pre-match ceremony of the Germany vs Columbia game here in Sydney!
2 of our U7 players, Tim and Seb, won a spot via the CommBank Mini Mates program, and walked on with Germany.
Amyra and her brother, Arjun, were also CommBank Mini Mates and walked on with the Columbian team - who went on to win, narrowly!

What an experience for all! Walking through the tunnel onto the pitch ahead of the players to 40,000 spectators cheering. The 5 committee members/coaches that attended had a ball too. And boy are those Columbian fans loud!
